CAULIFLOWER SOUP
My body was screaming, "detoxxx!"
From time to time I love to do it, which means smoothies and soups all day long. The body feels so great afterwards and I highly recommend doing it at least once a month. You will feel light and energised, your metabolism, concentration and your overall well-being will also improve.
Like anything else in life, it is good to strive for a balance. So don't jump straight into it, take small steps and slowly progress. Wishing you a happy journey!
Ingridients I used (8-10 servings):
1 tbsp of Olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
cauliflower
I added 2 extra carrots and some asparagus ends
4 big cups of water
1 tsp of salt
grated parmesan/parsely for serving if desired
Heat olive oil, garlic and onion in a heavy pot.
After 5 minutes add washed and cut up cauliflower and other vegetables that your heart desire.
Bring to a boil then cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
I used stick hand blender for desired texture.
Add salt and buon appetito!
