Like love, breakfast is best when made at home.
I am always making my point when it comes to breakfast.
It is the MOST important meal, and this was something that was pretty clear to me since I was very little. When I was going to the kindergarten, my mother would not let us leave the house till our plates were empty. We didn't have much choice, so we obeyed.
Thanks mom, I am extremely grateful for that right now :)
Few benefits of breakfast:
Skipping breakfast can effect your natural rhythm, therefore you will more likely have big cravings during the day and most likely eat late at night
Healthy breakfast keeps you energised and full for a long time
Better concentration, improved health...
On the other hand, you need to pay attention to what, when, and how much you eat and that is a whole new topic for the next time.
