Like love, breakfast is best when made at home.

Avocado toast with poached egg

I am always making my point when it comes to breakfast.

It is the MOST important meal, and this was something that was pretty clear to me since I was very little. When I was going to the kindergarten, my mother would not let us leave the house till our plates were empty. We didn't have much choice, so we obeyed.

Thanks mom, I am extremely grateful for that right now :)

Few benefits of breakfast:

  • Skipping breakfast can effect your natural rhythm, therefore you will more likely have big cravings during the day and most likely eat late at night

  • Healthy breakfast keeps you energised and full for a long time

  • Better concentration, improved health...

On the other hand, you need to pay attention to what, when, and how much you eat and that is a whole new topic for the next time.
